Check the run outcome first

Nearly every question here is answered faster by looking at the watch’s most recent run outcome, which names the exact stage where the run stopped. Find it in the panel’s run history, with pnpm watches history <id>, or via GET /watches/:id/runs. Then look it up in Run outcomes.

Why didn't my watch fire?The most common question, answered by outcome.

Duplicate or noisy alertsToo much, too often, or the same thing twice.

Sources return nothingEmpty collections, extraction failures, dead portals.

Model and quota errorsRate limits, invalid keys, unparseable output.

Alerts are not arrivingTelegram or push failures, and how retries work.
